Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems Company - Marietta, Georgia
A bar-code driven sortation system to interface a multi-aisle mini-load type storage/retrieval installation with a kitting operation. Unit load trays measuring 48-inches x 24-inches x 3-1/2-inches are sorted on demand at a rate of 60-90 per hour to the kitting process based on an input from the on-line data management soft ware. Controls are PC based both for I/O and data management.

Martha White Foods, Inc. - Jackson and McKenzie, Tennessee
Conveyor and palletizing system for two and five pound bundles of flour and meal; included controls and electrical panels.

Morrison-Knudsen (The Washington Group International) - Boise, Idaho
Containerized waste handling systems for munitions decontamination

NCR Corporation - Peachtree City, Georgia
Tote/pick system for parts distribution center with electrical controls and panels.

Vertical lift, stacker/palletizer and associated chain driven live roller conveyor.

Philips Electronic Instruments for Kansas Army Ammunition Plant - Parsons, Kansas
Inspection of firing mechanisms of explosive devices which were transported in pucks and sorted accordingly.

Plus Mark, Incorporated - Greenville, Tennessee
Package handling system to feed various gift wrap roll products from assembly operation to wrappers.

Procter & Gamble Manufacturing Company - Augusta, Georgia
Nine production lines with conveyor systems and machines for filling and packing detergent cartons and cases. Lines included electrical controls, panels and installation over two year period.

Raytheon Engineering (The Washington Group International) - Denver, Colorado
Containerized waste handling system for 55 gallon drums of chemical and nuclear weapons waste. Military decontamination site on Johnston Atoll in the Pacific Ocean.

Rheem Manufacturing Company - Toccoa, Georgia
Conveyor system for plastic bottle UV treatment line.

Richardson-Vicks, Incorporated - Greensboro, North Carolina
Table top conveyor systems constructed of stainless and mild steel, handling both packaged and unpacked pharmaceutical products. Included systems design, controls and installation.

Case conveyor system and sortation.

Rubel & Hager for Laporte America, Incorporated - Valdosta, Georgia
Drum system which evacuated powdered hazardous waste from drums, inverted drums and rinsed residue.

Several different systems at various plants that entailed turn-key packaging line projects for handling, filling, and palletizing quart, gallon and five-gallon containers, cases and pallet loads.

Solvay Advanced Polymers - Augusta, Georgia
Bulk handling equipment and automated packaging line for plastic pellets at 35,000 lbs./hour. Packaging lines included equipment for filling both 55 lb. bags and 1,100 lb. gaylord containers.

Sunshine Mills, Incorporated - Red Bay, Alabama; Tupelo, Mississippi; and Halifax, Virginia
Conveyor and palletizers handling 50-pound bags of dog food.

W. W. Hall Printing - Augusta, Georgia
Adjustable centerline table top conveyor handling printing signatures from folder to stacker.

William Wrigley Jr. Company
Systems include several high-speed table top conveyor lines implementing special stacking and diverting devices for individual packs of gum, six packs and trays. Stackers operate at 190 trays a minute; air-operated merge devices consolidate five-stick packs at 300 packs per minute. Systems have been installed in the Georgia plant, as well as the Chicago, Illinois facility and overseas plants.
