Stainless steel, washdown rated chain driven live roller conveyor system for filling 3,000 lb. totes.

Fresh orange juice lines. Consisted of flat top chain conveyor, electrical controls and installation.

Coca-Cola USA - Syrup Division - Multiple Plants
Five gallon cans, bag-in-box and plastic gallon bottle lines, utilizing roller flight, table top and case conveyor; development and manufacture of special production machines.

Duracell USA - Cleveland, Tennessee
Sixteen packaging lines feed 12 palletizer stations via overhead transportation system which includes high-speed sorters and 25 belt curves. An absolute-positioning transfer car traveling 220 feet per minute picks up empty pallets and delivers them to robotic palletizers.

Duron Paint Company - Beltsville, Maryland, and Atlanta, Georgia
Complete plant for handling, filling and palletizing quart, gallon and five-gallon paint containers, cases and pallets.

Drum handling system for nuclear waste treatment facility with PC controls and panels.


First Brands (Formerly Union Carbide) - Cartersville, Georgia
Multi-level carton system, taking cartons from 22 lines to two palletizers.


Florida Crystals Sugar Company - Okeelanta, Florida
A complete new sugar packaging facility to provide for unit packaging of eight different styles of sugar (granulated, milled, brown, powdered, etc.) in nine different packaging lines, integrating all necessary packaging machinery for each line. Each line is independently controlled through PLC 520 controllers. In addition, all packages are processed through the palletizing stage and pallet
accumulation systems.


Fuji Film Photochemicals - Greenwood, South Carolina
Complete chemicals filling and packaging system with all equipment, conveyors, controls and installation.


General Electric Corporation - Erie, Pennsylvania
Multilevel drum washing machine designed to remove paint waste and various liquid organic materials from both tight head and open top DOT 55-gallon drums at a throughput of ten drums per hour. Drums are received at floor level and transported to an airlock infeed by horizontal conveyors, transfers and a vertical lift. After the drum is dumped, with non-pumpable materials collecting in a junk trap, the drum is washed and rinsed and returned to floor level by reversing the load cycle.



International Bechtel Incorporated for Chemical Waste Management, Inc. - Hong Kong
System handling 20 liter and 200 liter containers of chemical waste through chemical analysis, sortation to disposal lanes, and dumping to process system.
Electrical system utilizes Honeywell Data Highway network.

Johns Manville Corp. (formally Schuller International - Willows, California
A multi-line production facility for receiving 4-foot long x 2-foot high x 2-foot wide unit loads from each of 29 different production points, tracking the products through four tiers of transportation conveyors and sorting into six packaging queues at the average rate of approximately ten packages per minute.


Keebler Company, Incorporated - Atlanta, Georgia
Table top conveyor handling and sorting packaged snack crackers.

Kimberly-Clark Corporation - Lexington, North Carolina
Paper roll handling, sorting and palletizing system.
