lines, integrating all necessary packaging machinery for
each line. Each line is independently controlled through
PLC 520 controllers. In addition, all packages are processed
through the palletizing stage and pallet
accumulation systems.

Complete chemicals filling and packaging system with all
equipment, conveyors, controls and installation.

Electric Corporation - Erie, Pennsylvania
Multilevel drum washing machine designed to remove paint
waste and various liquid organic materials from both tight
head and open top DOT 55-gallon drums at a throughput of
ten drums per hour. Drums are received at floor level and
transported to an airlock infeed by horizontal conveyors,
transfers and a vertical lift. After the drum is dumped,
with non-pumpable materials collecting in a junk trap, the
drum is washed and rinsed and returned to floor level by
reversing the load cycle.
International Bechtel Incorporated for Chemical Waste
Management, Inc. - Hong Kong
System handling 20 liter and 200 liter containers of chemical
waste through chemical analysis, sortation to disposal lanes,
and dumping to process system.
Electrical system utilizes Honeywell Data Highway network.

A multi-line production facility for receiving 4-foot long
x 2-foot high x 2-foot wide unit loads from each of 29 different
production points, tracking the products through four tiers
of transportation conveyors and sorting into six packaging
queues at the average rate of approximately ten packages
per minute.
